Organic vs. mineral filters
With a body sun protection product containing organic filters, the sun's rays are absorbed before reaching the skin. Mineral sun protection products, on the other hand, form a kind of shield that can reflect the sun's rays. Both technologies are comparably effective. A cream, fluid, or lotion with SPF 50 provides the same protection with organic or mineral filters.

It consists of 3 organic filters and 2 esters, all carefully selected for their proven effectiveness against UVB and short or long UVA rays. The stronger the sun shines, the higher the SPF of your body sun protection should be. For enhanced protection, wear a hat, sunglasses, and stay in the shade as much as possible.

The SPF (or sun protection factor) varies depending on your skin type and the intensity of the sun. Whatever the conditions, remember that excessive sun exposure is dangerous. A sun protection product does not provide 100% protection. Also, avoid the sun in the middle of the day.
For lounging by the pool, hiking in the mountains, or enjoying swims by the sea, choose:
Very sun-sensitive skin (very fair, prone to sunburn, with freckles)
A UVA-UVB sun protection product with SPF 50 or 50+, even if you feel that the sun is not hot. If possible, avoid exposure when the sunlight is strong, especially between 12 pm and 4 pm.
Sun-sensitive skin (very fair, prone to sunburn, but tans slightly)
When the sunlight is low, an SPF 30 may be suitable. However, switch to a cream, fluid, or oil with SPF 50 or 50+ as soon as the sun's intensity becomes "moderate."
Intermediate skin (olive or tanned, tans gradually)
When the intensity of UVA and UVB rays is low to moderate, opt for a body sun protection product with SPF 30. In the height of summer, an SPF 50 becomes essential.
Fairly resistant skin (dark skin that tans easily)
An oil with SPF 10 is sufficient for low to moderate intensity rays. Switch to SPF 30 or 50 when the sunlight becomes stronger.
