Returns Policy

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return any item(s) for a refund.

To be accepted, returned products must be in new condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If the returned product is a kit containing multiple items and/or accessories, all components must be returned. Otherwise, the entire kit will not be refunded.
Additionally, if your order entitled you to free gifts, these must also be returned. If not, they will be charged to you.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items will be handled individually by our Customer Service team. If you received a faulty product, please contact us using the contact form.

Please note: We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

 

How to return an item

1 - Contact Customer Service

Please contact NUXE Customer Service using the contact form

Example message:
Subject: Return request
I hereby notify you of my cancellation of the contract for the sale of the following product(s):
• Order ID: [Insert ID]
• Product(s) to return: [Insert details]
• Reason for return: [Insert reason]


2 - Wait for confirmation

Our Customer Service team will respond to confirm your return request and provide the return address.

 

3 - Sending your return

Once your return has been approved, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back.

  • Pack the item(s) securely – you may use the original box.
  • Ensure all items are unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, with any accompanying gifts included.
  • Insert your order ID into the parcel.
  • Ship the parcel using the carrier of your choice to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  • Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed as we cannot be held liable for lost parcels (Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable)

 

4 - Refund

Once your return has been received and processed, we will notify you by email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
