Often put to the test, your lips can become very dry or irritated. Before applying a moisturizer, remove all traces of dead skin from your lips with a gentle, natural lip scrub. Massage your lips with your index finger in light circular movements, then rinse thoroughly with a damp cotton pad. Exfoliate your lips to prepare them for treatment, but don't exfoliate more than once a week to avoid making them even more fragile, then apply a repairing lip care product specially designed for very dry, damaged lips several times a day.
