Apply liberally before sun exposure.
Squeeze the product into your hands before applying to the face, avoiding contact witht the eyes.

On the body, you can spray it directly onto the skin before spreading it carefully.
Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or toweling off. If you don't apply enough product, the level of sun protection will be considerably reduced.

Too much sun is dangerous. A suncare product does not provide 100% protection.

Avoid the sun in the middle of the day.
