Apply pressure evenly between the middle fingers of each hand.

Smooth the upper and lower eyelids with this finger, moving from the inside to the outside of the eye, and hold pressure for 3 seconds upwards on the temples. Repeat 3 times.

Pinch both eyebrows simultaneously. Repeat, moving from the inside to the outside of the eye. Repeat 3 times.

Using your middle finger, smooth the top and bottom of the lips in one direction and then the other. Then stretch the corners of the mouth upwards, maintaining pressure for 3 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Apply your eye & lip contour in the morning and/or evening.
