how to apply the treatment

Rêve de Miel Surgras Face and Body Wash Gel
Morning and/or evening, massage a dab of shower gel onto damp skin. Enjoy its melting texture and delicious foam, then rinse. In case of contact with eyes, rinse.

Rêve de Miel Ultra-reconforting Face Balm
Take a generous dab of day cream, warm it between your hands, then apply it to your face with both hands flat, always working from the center outwards (avoiding the eye contour area). Don't hesitate to apply it to your neck and décolleté too. Massage until the cream is completely absorbed. Finish by lightly tapping (with fingertips) over the entire face to awaken the radiance of your complexion. Morning and/or evening, ideally after the serum.

Rêve de Miel Honey Melting Body Oil Balm
Use 6 hazelnuts a day for the whole body. Preferably massage legs in upward strokes, from feet to hips. Then massage the arms, smoothing from the hands to the chest. For the belly, massage in a clockwise circular motion (to aid digestion).

Rêve de Miel Hand and Nail Cream
Apply a dab of hand cream to the back of one hand. Rub them together to distribute the cream evenly and nourish the area that needs it most. Then rub your palms together and insist between your fingers. You can take the opportunity to massage each of your fingers from palm to tip, finishing with a light circular massage of your nails.

With Honey and precious plant oils (Argan, Borage) for nourishing and comforting properties.
