Face and Body Ultra-Rich Cleansing Gel:
Massage a dab of shower gel onto wet body and/or face.
Enjoy its melting texture and delicious foam, then rinse.
In case of eye contact, rinse.
Use morning and/or evening.

Ultra-Comforting Body Cream 48H:
Count on 6 hazelnuts (or squeezes) a day for the whole body.
Preferably massage the legs in upward strokes, moving from the feet to the hips.
Then massage the arms, smoothing from the hands to the chest.
For the abdomen, prefer a clockwise circular massage (to aid digestion).

Deliciously Nourishing Body Scrub:
Apply the scrub to damp skin after washing. Massage in circular motions, then finish by rinsing with cool water.
Use your scrub 1 to 2 times a week.
