Talking, laughing, smiling or even eating: just like the eye contour area, our lips have to work hard every day!

1. The number one golden rule: hydration!
There’s no mystery, if you want full and plump lips you need to drink water!
Water is the body’s main source of hydration, so making sure you drink enough water to stay hydrated will help you to have beautiful, moisturised lips and avoid dryness as far as possible.
2. Nourish your lips with sticks and balms.
Even if you drink enough water, your skin can still feel dry in colder temperatures in winter, when we constantly move between warm and cold environments.
