You will find below the delivery terms and conditions for orders placed on our uk.nuxe website.
Free standard home delivery from £45, free express home delivery from £65.
Delivery times and prices :
Standard home delivery
- Delivered by Royal Mail
- 2 to 3 working days (preparation + delivery)
- 3.90 - free from £45
Express home delivery
- Delivered by DPD
- 1 to 2 working days (preparation + delivery)
- 4.90 - free from £65
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be prepared the following Monday.
Terms of delivery :
- Orders placed on uk.nuxe can be delivered in the UK only. Orders cannot be delivered to Ireland or other countries.
- The delivery times given are estimates only and may be extended during busy periods (sales, Christmas, Black Friday), holidays, bad weather or exceptional events.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on public holidays.
- Deliveries are not necessarily hand-delivered.
- The partners listed are not exclusive and may change during busy periods.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can track your order in your customer account, by clicking on the profile icon (top right) and then going to the "orders" section.
