Conseil d'utilisation

Count on 6 hazelnuts (or squeezes) a day for the whole body.

Preferably massage the legs in upward strokes, moving from the feet to the hips.

Then massage the arms, smoothing from the hands to the chest.

For the abdomen, prefer a clockwise circular massage (to aid digestion).
