Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
Yes you do, but it’s simple to do and allows you order easily without having to filling in your details every time you shop with us. You may have the option of storing your card details with your account to avoid adding them every time you with us, but you do not need to use this option.
By opening an account you will also receive benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discount/promos and special offers. If you do not wish to receive newsletters and offers you can decline these by selecting the relevant box when opening your account or by changing your account settings at any time.
What is NUXE loyalty programme?
We use the Nuxe loyalty programme to reward out customers. The programme is exclusive to our website. Points can be earned as set out below:
• For every £1 spent on our website you will earn 1 point*
• If you recommend a friend and they sign up for an account on our website and reference you as the introducer, you will earn 2 points.
If a recommended friend buys a product from our website, you will earn 20 points on that first purchase.
*Loyalty points will only be added for each £1.00 spend in any single transaction.
If your order’s final amount is not a round figure please note that the pennies won’t be converted into points.
How do I redeem loyalty points?
Points can be redeemed against future purchases from the NUXE website.
• 100 points will get you up to £10 off one order
• 200 points will get you up to £25 off one order
• 500 points will get you up to £75 off one order
The applicable points milestone set out above must be reached in order for points to be redeemed. When you reach a points milestone, you can choose to redeem your points to receive an e-coupon or you can continue collecting points to reach a further milestone. Simply enter your e-coupon in the text box marked “Your Coupon Code” on the Shopping Bag page during the Checkout process. If you do not wish to use an e-coupon, you may keep collecting points up to the next milestone.
Please Note: E-coupon are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one e-coupon may be used per online order.
Unless otherwise stated, loyalty points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount or privilege card whether issued by us or any third party.
Points have no cash value. Redeemed points cannot be used again. Points are personal to the individual account holder and cannot be pooled with points earned by another individual and redeemed together. You cannot transfer your points to any other person.
Do loyalty points or e-coupons expire?
Your loyalty points will expire 12 months after they are collected, unless they are converted into e-coupons or additional points are collected. So if you do not earn any points for 12 months, all of your collected points will expire. This does not affect any e-coupons you have obtained.
To check your points balance and when points will expire, check your NUXE account.
E-coupons expire 12 months after they are provided to you, unless they are redeemed.
Any loyalty points earned prior to 22/05/2017 will expire on 22/05/2018 unless you earn additional points before that date.
We reserve the right to close or amend our loyalty programme at any time.
Your loyalty points will be lost if your account is closed.
Will I start collecting points as soon as I place my first order?
Yes. With the Nuxe loyalty programme, you start collecting points as soon as you start shopping.

When will payment be deducted from my account?
Your credit card/debit card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. You may see a temporary authorisation on your account; this is replaced by the actual charge when your order has been dispatched.
