These Terms and Conditions of Sale together with our Privacy and Cookies Policy and Legal Information provide you with information about us and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell the products listed our website.
These terms will apply to any contract between you and NUXE UK Limited for the sale of products to you. Please read these terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any products from our website.
Before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these terms. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to order any products from our website.
You should print a copy of these terms or save them to your computer for future reference.
We may amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to order products, please check the up-to-date terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must be aged 18 or over. You must also register on the website and you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card to be able to purchase any products from this website.
We do not deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
Each individual customer may order a maximum of 5 orders per day. Each order is limited to 9 products. In addition, within each order, no more than 5 articles of any single product reference may be ordered.
The Vendor does however reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute exists regarding the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason, in particular related to the unusual nature of the order.
2 Placing an order
We accept orders for products through this website. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery. Examples of when we might do so include:
- where products you have ordered are out of stock; or
- where we have made an error in the description or pricing of any products you have ordered; or
- if we believe you are under 18.
If we decline or cancel an order we will refund all amounts paid by you in respect of that order.
3 How the contract is formed
After you place an order via our website, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place as described below.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by either sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been dispatched or by simply dispatching the products. The contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the products.
Once the contract has been formed your order becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. We may decline you order at our discretion including in circumstances where we identify a pricing or product description error, the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
4 Product descriptions and Pricing
We take every care to ensure that the description, compositions and images of our products are correct. However, images, compositions and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details regarding product pricing which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled in these circumstances and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Offers and special promotions are subject to availability.
Please note that our gift box are suitable for customers to create their own sets with a mix of our products. Those boxes are not suitable as gift wrapping for our pre-made sets.
5 Out of stock items
We endeavour to keep our website up to date with regard to stock availability. However, if you order an item which is out of stock we will let you know when we expect it to be available and you will have the option to either cancel your order or to receive email updates on the next delivery of that product.
6 How to pay
All orders must be paid for in pounds sterling. Payment for the products and any applicable delivery charges will be due in advance of delivery.
Payment may be made using a debit/credit card, Paypal account or a NUXE sterling gift voucher/gift card. We accept the following debit/credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
We will not be responsible for any misuse or fraudulent use of any means of payment that are not detected by the verification procedure of the debit card/credit card merchant.
NUXE Sterling Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards)
NUXE Sterling Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards) issued by us can be used on this website. Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards will expire on the date marked on the voucher/card (12 months from date of issue). Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void.
Please note that NUXE discount codes don't apply to the purchase of e-gift cards.
We're sorry NUXE UK only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
Our products are usually delivered by Royal Mail or DPD.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 to 6 working days of receiving your order and no later than 30 days of receiving your order (subject to availability). We do not dispatch or deliver orders on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
Whilst we will endeavour to meet any stated dispatch and delivery dates / times, we cannot guarantee these and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any delay or failure to deliver which is due wholly or partly to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The next day delivery option will be unavailable from 19/06/2017 until 26/06/2017. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Shipping to a different delivery address
We are happy to arrange delivery of your order to an address that is different from your credit or debit card billing address. Please ensure that you have checked your address details carefully as you are responsible for ensuring that you are able to take delivery of the products.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the products have been returned to the depot, in which case, please Contact Us to rearrange delivery.
Item not received
We apologise if you have not received your item. You must inform us that you have not received your item within 30 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched. Any claims for non-delivery of an item over 30 days from this date will not be accepted.
In case of non-reception of your order, an investigation will be run on our side with Royal Mail or DPD. After 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched, if the parcel remain unfound and if we have received the "missing parcel declaration form" from you it will be declared as lost. You will then be entitled to receive a new order from us.
But please note that we are unable to start any investigation or process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 10 working days have passed since the date the item was dispatched.
Problems upon delivery
If you receive any products which are either damaged or missing or the packaging has been opened, you should register all reservations and complaints with the carrier or refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or damaged.

We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on all purchases over £35. The product prices on our website exclude the cost of delivery which will be as set out below. The cost of delivery will be clearly stated on your order.
Orders are prepared and delivered on working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays).
- UK Standard Delivery: £3.90 or free on orders over £35 or more (2-6 working days)
- UK Express Delivery service - DPD: £5.00
Order before 12pm for express delivery.
Please note that for Nothern Ireland and the Highlands, the quickest we can deliver with the Express Delivery option is 2 working days
8 Nuxe UK – online cancellation and returns policy & procedure
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of the price of the product together with the applicable delivery charges within 14 days from delivery.
Please note that we are only able to accept returns and provide refunds for those orders placed on our website http://uk.nuxe.com. Products purchased from a physical store or from other websites are subject to the returns policies of the store or website from which they were purchased and are not eligible to be returned to us in accordance with these terms.
14 days returns policy
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, simply return it to us within 14 days from delivery.
If your order has already been delivered or dispatched at the time of cancellation, you must return the products together with all packaging to us at the following address as soon as possible following cancellation. When you return the product, please let us know in a covering letter your order number, contact contact details, whether you want a refund or a replacement andthe reason why you’re returning the item.
If you wish to return any sale items under this returns policy, please note that such sale items cannot be returned in exchange for the same item which is subject to a different or improved promotional offer. We reserve the right to reject any such order you place.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the reason for the return is that the product is incorrect, mis-described or faulty.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.
Other returns – Damaged, faulty, incorrect items
We hope that you are very happy with our products. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, mis-described or faulty product, please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org and then return the product as explained above. If you return products to us because they are incorrect, mis-described or faulty, we will refund the price of the product in full together with the applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately email@example.com.
Gift vouchers/gift cards
Gift vouchers/gift cards can only be returned for a refund within 7 working days stating on the day after receipt. Gift vouchers/gift cards will not be refunded if they have been used in whole or in part.
Condition of returns
The products will be your responsibility from the point of delivery. It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returned products that we reasonably believe have been used unless the reason for the return is because the product is damaged or faulty. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such products to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the products, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the products or to cover any loss.
If a boxed Beauty Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of cancellation for any refund payments to be made.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. When you are returning a product which has been purchased using a gift card/gift voucher, we reserve the right to provide the refund in the form of gift cards/gift vouchers.
As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
9 Data protection
We take your privacy very seriously. Please see our Privacy and Cookies Policy for details of how we use your data.
10 Our liability
We only supply products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use any products purchased from this website for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
You should ensure that you read the label before using our products and comply with any instructions for using the products.
If we fail to comply with these terms, we will be responsible for any loss or damage which you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but we will not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or in any other circumstances which are not permitted by law.
There terms do not affect your statutory rights.
11 Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under our contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12 Loyalty Programme
You can collect and redeem loyalty points through our website. Please see our FAQ for more information about collecting and redeeming loyalty points.
Points can only be collected and redeemed through our UK website. Points are only collected on the value of a purchase which you pay for. Redeeming vouchers and e-coupons does not earn points. Points are redeemed using e-coupons which you can request when you reach a points milestone (or you can continue collecting points to reach a further milestone). Once points are converted as an e-coupon, they cannot be changed back into points. E-coupons cannot be upgraded using more points.
Loyalty points will collect on your account and will expire if you go 12 months without collecting any further points or if they are not converted into an e-coupon. So if you do not earn any points for 12 months, all of your collected points will expire. This does not affect any e-coupons you have obtained. Expired points cannot be redeemed or reinstated. E-coupons will expire 12 months from the date on which they were provided to you. Expired e-coupons cannot be redeemed or reinstated, and the points which you converted into that e-coupon will also expire.
To hold a loyalty account you must be aged 18 years or over and a UK resident. Only one loyalty account is allowed per person (and if we discover you hold more than one account, we may merge these at our discretion). Accounts, points and e-coupons are personal to the registered user and cannot be transferred to, or shared or pooled with others. Do not share your account details or e-coupon codes with others. Points have no cash value, and are only redeemed through e-coupons. Each e-coupon may only be used once, and only one e-coupon may be used on any purchase (and e-coupons cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount or privilege card whether issued by us or any third party) . You must ensure your personal details are up to date. We will not be responsible for the loss or expiry of your points or e-coupons due to out of date information on your account. To collect points by purchasing products, you must be logged into your account when you make a purchase through our website. Points cannot be added to your account after a purchase.
To collect points by referring friends (or for their first purchase), you will need to refer them using the referral process from your account. In order to be linked to you as a referrer, your friend must sign up using the same email address you listed when referring them. You cannot be added as a referrer if your friend signs up using a different email address. Referral rewards only apply for new customers (not existing customers using a new account).
If you close your account, your points will be lost and cannot be reinstated. We reserve the right to close or amend our loyalty programme at any time. We may take any action we consider appropriate, including cancelling or suspending your account, points or e-coupons, if we believe you are abusing the loyalty programme.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific loyalty promotions.
Loyalty points earned prior to 22/05/2017 will expire on 22/05/2018 unless you earn additional points before that date.
