How to shop online
• STEP 1 - Find your products. Use our site navigation, search engine, product finder, or Beauty Diagnosis. Click on - any product or “find out more” to get to a specific product detail page.
• STEP 2 - Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your desired shade, size and quantity and then click the "Add to Bag" button. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on "View my shopping bag."
• STEP 3 - Place your order. When you've completed shopping, click the shopping bag icon found on each page or click the Checkout button that will be displayed each time you add an item to your cart along with the details for that item. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed, confirming your order. An email confirming receipt of your order will also be sent shortly after your order was submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our customer service centre for assistance via email.
If you have any questions or concerns when placing an order or if you wish to inquire about a previously placed order, please by email at email@example.com. For fastest service, please insert your order number in your email subject.
How can I pay my order?
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take security very seriously and will encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
Please note: The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method you select.
How do I use my discount / promo code?
To redeem offer codes, simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Your Coupon Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.
Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
Gift box and how to find the perfect gift?
We will be happy to pack your gift in a beautiful gift box and include a note card with your personal greeting. A Gift Box will be offered for any order above £40.00.
If you wish to have your NUXE Online Order packaged in a Gift Box, simply click on the "Gift Box" option during "Checkout". If you wish to include your personal greeting, please enter it in the text box provided. A flat fee of £3.00 will be added to your order total for the Gift Box and personal greeting.
Please note: Multiple items within a single gift order will be presented as one gift package.
When will payment be deducted from my account?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. You may see a temporary authorisation on your account; this is replaced by the actual charge when your order has been dispatched.
Do I need to create an account to shop on your website?
Yes you do, but it’s simple to do and allows you order easily without having to filling in your details every time you shop with us. You may have the option of storing your card details with your account to avoid adding them every time you with us, but you do not need to use this option.
By opening an account you will also receive benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and exclusive discount/promos and special offers. If you do not wish to receive newsletters and offers you can decline these by selecting the relevant box when opening your account or by changing your account settings at any time.
