Dealing with Dehydrated Skin

Having beautiful skin is not always easy, but there are some very simple rules to follow every day that can help. Hydration is the number one need for all skin. What is the ideal routine to adopt for dehydrated skin?


To uncover smooth, plump and radiant skin, it is very important to moisturise your skin daily. Water is the life-giving element that is essential to our body and skin. It is the element that preserves the balance of cells and ensures the maintenance of sufficient hydration. There are different types of moisturisers that are appropriate depending on your skin needs. However, water alone is not enough to keep beautiful skin well hydrated! Fatty acids also allow the skin to preserve its barrier function and thus limit the loss of water. These fatty acids can be brought to the skin both through skincare, such as vegetable oils that are rich, or by food, for example by consuming foods rich in good fats (unsaturated fatty acids) such as olive and rapeseed oils, avocado, oilseeds or oily fish such as sardines and mackerel.


By following these tips every day, your skin will boost its natural glow and softness!
